By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and fully accept our terms and conditions as detailed below:

Bookings:

  • When time allows before your photography session, we will send you confirmation of your booking. This will confirm payment, session date and time, and give other information pertinent to your booking.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they attend on the correct date, time and place for the photography session according to the instructions.

Fees and Prices:

  • The full photography session fee must be paid in advance of attendance. Spaces on the studio photography days are limited so please book early to avoid disappointment.  Failure to pay in a timely fashion may result in your time slot being given to another client.

Photography Session Attendance:

  • To make the most of the classes and achieve optimal results, short daily training sessions at home are favourable to allow your dog to sit and and wait during the session.

  • All dogs and puppies must be fully vaccinated.

  • We make every effort to ensure safety of both clients and dogs during the photography sessions. By making a booking, you are accepting that participating in an activity with dogs and people poses a risk of injury to yourself and your dog, and you agree to indemnify The Dogs By Alex for all personal injury and damage to property owned by you while attending the photography session. You also agree to make any person who accompanies you to the class aware that they are also there at their own risk.

Photography Session / Premises Rules:

  • All dogs must remain on lead and kept away from contact with other dogs within the premises unless specifically instructed. Please respect the space of others.

  • All instances of accident or injury must be reported to The Dogs By Alex (Alex Wallace) at the time they occurred.

  • The use of physical force and punishment-based training techniques are not permitted by anyone present during the photography session.

Refunds and Cancellations:

  • Because we operate our photography sessions using very limited bookings refunds may not be given for any cancellations unless the place can be filled by another client or unless at least 7 DAYS NOTICE is given. There are no exceptions. We may be able to transfer or defer your place to another photography session but this is at the discretion of The Dogs By Alex. Failure to notify us of a cancellation within this time frame will result in no refund.

  • Failure to attend a photography session that you have booked a place on, but not yet paid for, will result in a request for full payment, which you agree to be liable for.

  • There will be no refund for cancellations due to lack of vaccination or no vaccination card, unless we are notified 14 days in advance of the photography session commencing. It is your responsibility to have your dog fully vaccinated and health warranted.

  • There will be no partial refunds for missed photography sessions.

  • If a photography session has to be cancelled due to extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (such as weather that prohibits travel or is too extreme for safety), a refund will not automatically be given but every effort will be made to provide an alternative arrangement.  This could involve a replacement photography session on an alternative day. 

  • All other cancellation and refund requests are at the discretion of The Dogs Bt Alex and dependent on individual circumstances.
